Exclamation of the above like
"Eureka" (exclaimed by Archimedes taking a bath and suddenly
understanding the law of upthrust) is generally an interjection used to
celebrate a singular discovery or invention. On the other hand "oh yes
cool great" can be a neutral exclamation.
It´s the best you can possibly and
generally say about something but still completely meaningless. (As in
"oh yes cool great” But what?)
