A cowboy hat that exists in symbiosis with several other sculptures on which it is resting.
This work is building an inviting ambiance for the onlooker.
The hat is trying to solve the problem how to cover it all. As it is the hats nature it is the hat´s beauty, which is bizarre in the beginning.
An eclectic mixture of six sculptures is supporting the hat and presenting itself and the hat.
The usability of the sculpture is purely aesthetic and speechless. It behaves like a flowerpot and a mathematical, topological form at the same time. The brick-snowman will also be visible by night.
A changing pattern of colored LED lights will be implanted into the surface of the sculptures.
Technical description: The Jesmonite made hat will be positioned on 6 Jesmonite made sculptures. The different segments will be connected by steel tubes hidden on the inside.
All the segments will be let into a concrete base. LED lights will be installed under the hat.
